#It was a wonderful tour—we loved every minute of it. The jeep climb with our guide William was unforgettable. We got lots of great photos and even caught the sunrise. After that, we enjoyed a 6-hour tour of Ubud with our guide Putrawan, who planned the itinerary for us and showed us some of Ubud’s most beautiful spots. We also took lots of great photos, which we’re really happy about. I highly recommend these guys to everyone! 10/10. Mr. William and Putrawan, thank you.

#Start to the last , everything was super smooth .. hotel pick-up taxi driver contacted 12 hours before the trip .. the agency itself reminded for the trip in Whatsapp .. hotel pickup driver came 30-40 mins before the schedule .. it was New Toyota Rush , comfortable enough .. The driver was interactable and friendly .. At the jeep meating point , they offered tea/coffee first which wasn't mentioned in the itinerary .. The Most important part is , Our Jeep guide ...bro what a man he was .. he was very friendly and welcoming .. asked us, are we okay in every 5 mins ..he gave us breakfast .. explained about the tour and jeep.. he parked the car in a perfect spot .. took us photos ( man , personally thank you so much for those amazing shots ) .. after that he took us to the black lava point .. finally he dropped us to the first taxi driver again .. The final thing is , it's a must do thing Bali .. I find them responsible and also affordable ...

Hiking Mount Batur was the highlight of my trip! The trail offers beautiful scenery, and our guides were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the climb. Watching the sunrise from the top was magical. If you are looking for an adventure with a stunning reward, this is a must-do.

Watching the sunrise on Mount Batur was a really wonderful experience. But you should be aware that it gets absolutely packed... the hot springs were amazing! The best part was Gede, our driver—he told us a lot about Bali and its culture and customs. He definitely deserves 10 stars.

The experience was great, it started with a goos communication with my driver Andi and a punctual pick up, all the time he was on time and really nice company. The hike with my guide Agus was amazing, even though it was not my best day in the mountains he keep the group together, wait for me and gave me time to settle down and continue. The hot springs after hike was more than amazing, help to relax all the body with a nice view and finishing the day with one of the best coffee plantation. Andi and Agus perfect team!

Tips for Mount Batur private tours

  • Dress for the chill especially at the summit. Temperatures at the top can drop to 8–15°C before sunrise, so pack a warm jacket, gloves if you're sensitive to cold, and long pants that protect your legs.
  • Choose your footwear wisely. Whether you’re trekking or hopping into a jeep, wear proper hiking shoes or grippy sneakers. The volcanic trails and lava fields can be loose and slippery.
  • Plan for a super-early pickup. Most tours begin between 1:30am and 2:30am, so get to bed early the night before. Ask your host or hotel to arrange a wake-up call if needed.
  • For the non-hikers, jeep is the way to go. Want the sunrise without the sweat? The 4x4 jeep option takes you to the top in comfort and lets you explore more ground post-sunrise.
  • Don't skip the hot springs. After a sunrise trek, a dip in Toya Devasya or other nearby springs is more than refreshing. It's quite soothing for the tired legs.
  • Keep an eye on the weather, especially in the wet season. November to March can bring clouds or rain. You might catch the sunrise but visibility isn’t always guaranteed.
  • Don’t rely on mobile signal at the summit. If you plan to share your sunrise moment live, don't count on full bars. Just be present and upload later.
  • Make the most of combo tours. If your tour includes Ubud, black lava fields, or coffee plantations, research ahead to prioritize what interests you most.
